1. Local Execution (Standard & VIP Tiers)

For users running the standard Windows `.exe` client, all automation happens locally on your machine. Your Amity/Moodle username and password are saved strictly in your local configuration files and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Ghost Mode (Private Tier)

If you utilize Ghost Mode, temporary credentials may be required by our secure, headless servers to perform the automation on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted in transit, strictly stored in memory, and immediately discarded upon task completion. We do not persist your university credentials.

3. Data Collection

Our server collects minimal diagnostic data to ensure the system functions correctly. This includes:

• Your Google Account email and name (used purely for dashboard authentication and API key tracking).
• Anonymized WebSocket connection logs (e.g., connection status, course module IDs being processed) to update your dashboard progress.
• Your assigned API Key ID.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not have access to your Google password. For payments (once integrated), we utilize Razorpay; we do not store or process your credit card, UPI, or banking information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

As this is a testing project, databases may be flushed periodically. If you wish to have your email completely removed from our records, please contact the administrator. Deleting your account will revoke access to any purchased API keys.
